HOW IT WORKS

INITIAL ASSESSMENT | First, we’ll schedule a free consultation to discuss your current employee engagement initatives, your short- and long-term needs, and desired timelines for implementation. At the end of this call, we’ll tentatively outline the ideal package and general topics you’re interested in, should you decide to move forward. This is the foundation of our work together, so I’ll be listening carefully to understand the best way to proceed to meet your goals.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT | Next, I’ll design a customized training program based on the needs we discussed in our initial call. You’ll have access to me to throughout this development stage to refine the featured topics or make other changes to the details of the program. I am available to collaborate to whatever extent you’d prefer. I’m confident recommending a thorough and complete plan, but also love getting feedback and requests from those I work with. My ultimate goal is to serve you best. I am used to adapting to whatever that looks like for each group.

DELIVERY | I facilitate highly engaging and interactive workshop experiences. My goal is to provide a one-of-a-kind training that takes into account the individual needs of everyone who participates, adapting the material as we go to ensure everyone gets the support they need. There will be ample time for Q&A, brainstorming solutions, and deep discussion in each session. The goal is for the group members to not only learn something new, but to walk away with a clear plan to apply in their daily lives going forward.

SUPPORT | Many corporate wellness providers offer a single training and move on. What makes me different is the personal support I offer after the trainings. Your teams can reach out for additional support through email, our support chat line and private consulting sessions as they continue practicing the skills they learned in our sessions. They’ll have access to ongoing, personal guidance as they move through stumbling blocks commonly associated with growth. My goal is to help your employees reach the next level of their development without getting pulled back into familiar but ineffective patterns.
